Vikkas R Dixxit is a versatile leader with over 20 years of industry experience in product and platform development in the Industrial Automation domain. He has a deep understanding and hands-on experience in designing and developing products, platforms, services, solutions, and proof of concepts on EDGE, Cyber Security, Blockchain, IoT security, Augmented Reality, and Internet of Things across various industrial sectors. As a Technical Expert, Vikkas contributes to driving the strategy and execution of Digital Transformation and Digital Innovation vision of Siemens. He is passionate about working on emerging technologies focused on Industrial Automation and the future of Manufacturing domain using his vertical experience across these areas. He is a constant learner, interactive, and result-oriented, good at teamwork yet individually motivated. Vikkas is a keynote speaker, researcher, and thought leader who has been a speaker, moderator, and panelist for numerous technology conferences. He is an adviser to a tech event company to conceptualize conference themes and helps them with speaker selection. Vikkas has submitted two Invention Disclosures on EDGE with Blockchain and Security for EDGE, which are under review. He is driving AR/VR Tribe (meetup) at the org level with 200+ members and is an internal trainer for Emerging Technologies - EDGE, Blockchain & AR. Vikkas has complete ownership of multiple TPoCs from ideation to delivery and has led more than 10 ideas in a short span of time, scaling them up, and many of them considered for product development. He contributed to AR TPOC, which was showcased at Hannover Messe Germany and was awarded the best TPoC of the year by clients. Vikkas has the ability and experience to lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with global teams, execute strategies defined, incubate and grow new initiatives. Vikkas is currently working as a Technical Expert at Siemens Technology India and has previously worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Trianz and a Corporate Trainer at CDAC Delhi. He completed his Computer Software Engineering from C-DAC, Noida, in 2002. Vikkas's tech stack includes Blockchain, Research Scientist, Senior Software Engineer, and Software Engineer. Overall, he has 19.79 years of relevant experience.
